By accessing or using NowVisuals, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

NowVisuals is an AI-powered visual editing platform that allows users to generate, enhance, and transform product images using artificial intelligence. Features include product staging, background removal, upscaling, mask-based editing, text-based editing, and image-to-video generation.

You must create an account to use the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

Access to AI generation features requires credits. Credits are allocated based on your subscription plan and are consumed per generation. Credits do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge.

You agree not to use NowVisuals to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
• Circumvent credit limits or billing systems
• Upload content you do not have the rights to use

You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading content, you grant NowVisuals a limited licence to process and transform your images solely for the purpose of delivering the service. Generated outputs are yours to use commercially, subject to these terms.

NowVisuals is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated results will meet your specific requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NowVisuals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data or business interruption.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
