Uploaded content: Images you upload to the platform are stored securely and used solely to process your generation requests.

Usage data: We collect information about your use of the platform including tools used, credits consumed, and generation history.

Payment information: Billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your uploaded images to train AI models.

Your images and generation history are stored securely via Supabase. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access to your data is restricted to authenticated requests.

• Clerk — authentication and user management
• Supabase — database and file storage
• Stripe — payment processing
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure

Each of these services operates under their own privacy policies.

We use cookies for authentication and session management. We may use anonymised analytics to understand how the platform is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect functionality.

We retain your account data and generation history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed within 30 days. Uploaded images may be retained for a short period to complete pending operations.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To make a request, please contact us via the form on our website. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

NowVisuals is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
